Eligibility: The FleetPride Pick Six Football Challenge (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up to play via the third-party gaming platform and who are 18+ years of age as of the date of sign up. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. FleetPride, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to win prizes within the Sweepstakes. Employees of the Sponsor are eligible to play and win select prizes eligible only to internal participants, excluding senior leaders at the Director level or above. Immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Sponsor employees are not eligible to win prizes within the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period: In alignment with the published 2026 National Football League (NFL) season, the Sweepstakes begins on the first day of the 2026 NFL regular season and ends on the last day of the 2026 NFL regular season, with participants having the opportunity to play during each week of the 2026 NFL regular season, (each a “Sweepstakes Period”). All registrations to participate must be received during a Sweepstakes Period.
4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by registering to participate via the third-party gaming platform during the Sweepstakes Period.
The registration must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. In the event of a dispute regarding participants based on the identity of the registrant, eligible participants will be deemed to have been registered by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided at the time of registration. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. You may not participate with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may you use any device or artifice to enter more than once per Sweepstakes Period. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to enter more than once per day will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and all entries submitted by that entrant will be void. Only fully completed entries are eligible.
5. Prizes: During the Sweepstakes Period, for each week of the 2026 NFL regular season as published by the NFL, three (3) winners will be selected from all eligible registered participants who played in the Sweepstakes that week by selecting winning teams. Each winner will receive the specified prize for that week based on their first, second, or third overall placement for that week’s competition.
Grand Prize: Upon conclusion of all Sweepstakes Periods, one (1) grand prize winner will be selected based on their total points accumulated during the course of the NFL regular season. Additionally, upon conclusion of all Sweepstakes Periods, one (1) grand prize winner will be selected based on their total points accumulated during the course of the NFL regular season. The Grand Prize consists of an off-road adventure experience with the Dana team at the world-famous Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah, taking place from
March 22 to March 25, 2027. The grand prize includes: Round-trip domestic flights to and from Moab, UT, all ground transportation during the event, luxury condo accommodations for the duration of the stay, all meals while in Moab, two (2) days of off-roading with the Dana team, invites to all exclusive industry events and parties, and the opportunity to be part of Team Spicer for the week. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. A winner may not designate someone else as the winner. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, Sponsor may award it to an alternate winner, at its discretion and time permitting. Sponsor is not responsible for the inability of any winner to accept the prize for any reason.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of participants as well as the participant’s accuracy in predicting game outcomes.
7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected based on points earned during a Sweepstakes Period under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes within fourteen (14) days following the winner determination. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the designated winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Fulfillment of the grand prize will be at the sole discretion of the grand prize sponsor.
The receipt by winner of the prize(s) offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Rights Granted by you: By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
9. Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such a case, Sponsor may select the participants from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, FleetPride reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
